Saturday & Sunday 23/24 March

Due to a swimming event taking place this weekend at Crystal Palace  we can only have the diving pool for from 7 - 9am on Saturday & Sunday,  we have made the following arrangements:

Eliite Divers & Chelsea's groups - Sat & Sun - Pool 7 - 9am Dryland 9.30 - 11.30am 

Chelsea's group with Adam on Sunday morning

Sat am - TID 8 - 10am - normal training

Sat am - TID 10am - 12pm - 2 hrs Dryland only

Sat pm - TID Elite  2 - 4pm - 2 hrs Dryland only

Sun am - TID Elite 7 - 9am pool 9 - 11am dryland
