Peng Li moves to Crystal Palace as part of British Diving strategy

British diving has transferred Pen Li, husband of Lin Chen, to Crystal Palace in a bid to improve Great Britain’s medal prospects in the upcoming Olympic cycle of Tokyo 2020. Before moving to the London Aquatics Centre Peng coached at Leeds diving and previous to that Plymouth Diving. He has helped to form Tom Daley into a 2-time Olympic bronze medallist as well as coaching Louis Toulson (2016 Olympian) during his time at Leeds Diving. He and Lin coach Crystal Palace’s Elite squad and he will play a huge role in the constant improvement within the squad. He will take over responsibilities of the elite squad when Lin is away at international events with individual divers.
