Chen is the Club's Head Coach. He is Great Britain's 2004 & 2008 Olympic Coach. Chen is recognised as one of the World's Best!
Chen is formerly from Beijing and produced China's first World Diving Champion (Chen Lin in 1986). In 2000 Chen was Australia's Olympic coach when they won two bronzes, their first medals at the Olympics for 76 years. On his appointment as the 2004 British Olympic coach, Britain won a silver medal in the Mens 10m Synchro. This was the first British Olympic medal in 44 years.
Chen is now preparing Crystal Palace Elite divers for 2012 Olympics Trials and overseeing the standard of Crystal Palaces Junior Elite programme and the school Talent Teams. |

Xiang Yan is a Master coach from Beijing Sports School. He works with the top divers as Chen Wen's assistant. Xiang Yan was a top International springboard diver on the Chinese National Team winning World Grand Prix events in Germany and Sweden.

Chelsea a National Skills coach working with some of the best up and coming talent in preparation for ASA National Skill Championship and the Talent Games. Chelsea was a former National Age Group Champion. She has two divers on the England Talent Squad. Her divers win medals at National Skills |

Marcin is the Team's specialist gymnastic / diving coach. Marcin is the current ASA London Region's Coach of the year. Marcin has four divers on the ASA England Talent Squad and was the most successful diving coach in the Country at the 2011 National Skills with four golds out of seven.
