A Crystal Palace Team of 18 level two divers travelled south for the annual “Peter Waterfield Diving competition.  There was a huge entry for a one day event.

Thirteen clubs entered with a total of 143 divers competing.  We competed in five of the eight events winning four medals including one gold and three silvers and had 11 divers finish in the top ten.  Well done to all our divers who scored their National Level 2 Skills points.

The biggest event was the Girls 10 & 11 years with 38 entries. This was a close fought contest between two Palace divers for first and second places with Abby Glynn taking Gold ahead of  Ciara McGing with a tiny margin of just 1.55 points.

The other two silvers were won by Louise Bradley in the Girls 9 and under and Olivia Jones in the Girls 12 & 13 years.  Well done to all for a great showing.
