Lucy Sefton - November Diver of the Month 2011

Lucy had 100% attendance tn November.  She is an extremely hard worker and a pleasure to coach.
This month she learnt a back dive pike from 1 metre.
She just missed a medal finishing fourth at the Peter Waterfield competition in Southampton and scored an 8 on her reverse pike sit off poolside.
She is working towards reverse dives in the New Year with lots of harness work in the gym.
